In-Line Velocity Fuse

• Dock leveler free fall protection is built into the main lifting cylinder and can never be removed. Far safer than standard inline velocity fuse protection.

Deck Mounted Pump and Motor

• The PR leveler pump and motor are mounted to the leveler deck making cleaning easier and protecting the unit from dock debris.

Fluid Logic Block

• The Fluid Logic Block mechanically controls the flow of hydraulic fluid from the main lifting cylinder to the lip cylinder, this method is far more reliable than standard coil and shuttle valve style flow diversion

Recessing Lip Cylinder

• The lip cylinder recesses away from the lip after the leveler has rested on the back of the truck preventing wear on the seals while the leveler moves up and down with the bed of truck.

Maintenance Check Plate in Deck

• The PR's maintenance check plate allows for preventive maintenance to take place from above dock saving manpower and money and allowing for inspection and adjustments while the overhead door is closed

Folding and Locking Toe Guards

• PR levelers utilize folding and locking toe guards. Much stronger and longer lasting than standard sliding style toe guards
